Ordered two weeks ago with no communication on delivery. You can't get through to their phone lines. I used American Express and it was easier just to cancel the order through the card. I guess they will make contact when they don't have the money. NEVER USE THEM.

This is an example of the communication…

This is an example of the communication I had with shockwarhouseusa This is my official request for refund for order #217597. I have made several attempts to contact you, with no success. My order dated 6/6 continues to read processed. I need that refund of $805.52 ASAP. I will be ordering shocks today. I will not pay a restocking fee for something I have not received. Nobody Has $805.52 to spare. This 6/21/2020 with no response from shockwarhouseusa. If could rate this company -10 I would. This could be an attempt to add a restocking fee for a product not received.

Horrible company

Horrible company. Never answer the phone. You get a message and then it hangs up on you. Ordered four shocks on 6/11. Today is 6/19 and I still haven't rec'd any kind of email with a status of my order. Finally reached a rep via their chat feature, and he was rude and said the website clearly shows the shocks are on back order. I do see NOW that two of the four shocks are on backorder, but they weren't on 6/11 or I wouldn't have ordered them because I need them ASAP. Placed another identical order from another company two days later, even without knowing the status of this order, and got the shocks 2 days ago. Your mileage may vary, but I won't every be back.

Not getting order when promised

I made my order on 5/14/2020 and paid extra for the 2 day delivery. When I did your site told me I should have my order by the evening of 5/18/2020. I made an appointment to have it installed on 5/19/2020 based on that information. When I didn't get any communication with a shipping number I contacted you via Live Chat at 11:36 on 5/18 inquiring about my order. I was then informed that my order hadn't even left Safe T yet. The agent (Jay) then informed me when I inquired about why, that it wasn't "available to ship". And then said that instead of 2 day shipping that I was going to get 3 day shipping and charged accordingly. Twice I stated that I was not happy about this situation. I also informed him that because of this delay that my Memorial Day Weekend camping plans were now in jeopardy. He made no comment on this. It is now the evening of 5/20 and I still do not have my stabilizer. Now I'm not going to be able to get it installed before the Memorial Day weekend. I've been on their "Live Chat" now for more than 15 min without any response. If this is the way that Shock Warehouse does business I'm amazed that you are still in business.

They sent the 8 shocks for my motorhome…

They sent the 8 shocks for my motorhome as promised, but there were only four cylindrical spacers. They did everything in their power to get me the spacers from the manufacturer. It was 2 months later, but they came. They always answered the phone, and they came through. The new shocks have really improved the ride in our rv.

great experience

I started chat with jay with details of vehicle and upcoming work. he was great with the information i requested for quality and recommendations. My order went through seamlessly. i got bilstein 4600 shocks for front and rear. I've worked on vehicles all my life and also have many friend resources. What i was looking for was accurate information since i already got recommendations. noteworthy is that jay was able to fill in some blanks i was missing. i still have some more parts that i need but i'm going to wait for better weather since that work is going to be more extensive.

I ordered some Bilstein B6 struts for…

I ordered some Bilstein B6 struts for my 2018 NIssan Rogue. Struts arrived ahead of scheduled delivery time in perfect condition. Very happy with my ordering experience. I can't believe some of these terrible reviews here. Maybe there fake, but my experience was excellent and will not hesitate to order from them again. Anyone who owns a Nissan Rogue will love the Bilstein B6 strut, much better then OEM.

I read the Return Order form

I read the Return Order form: I suggest everyone read before placing an order. Example line 11. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. 13. Credits are done of the 15th and 30th of each month. Items received and CHECKED IN will be credited on those days. Line 2. All parts and boxes must be in new, sale-ready condition. This includes superficial or aesthetic damage and any small parts included in the original sale. Any return that is not in sale-ready condition will be subject to additional fees or may be ineligible for return.

Don't do it

Don't do it! Ordered two rear Gabriel struts for my Corolla. Part numbers the same but the shocks were different. The top shock mount aluminum spacer was retained totally differently from the other. One had a wound wire around the shock shaft, that fit into an aluminum spacer and the other had a stepped shock shaft that fit the stepped spacer. The former shock was 1/4" too long and the top strut cap was canted off at a 20 deg angle. Needless to say, the wire wound shaft failed right away and a 1" gap was between the strut retainer and the shock shaft and bouncy from the git go! Part of the problem is Gabriel quality but it appeared to me these guys don't check what they ship. I eventually bought two Oredy quick struts from Amazon and, poof, no more problem. If you relish this kind of excitement, go ahead and order. i['m back to Amazon.
