Dresses that I ordered were beautiful just didn't suit me. My only complaint would be that when I returned the items (that I paid for) I did not get any confirmation that they had been received. It was only because I had paid for a tracked service that I knew that they had 'landed'. When I called customer service there was no response and the chat service online wasn't working. I then emailed and received a reply the next day asking if I had returned both dresses, which I had. Luckily I have had my refund but it doesn't fill me with confidence if I want to order online again..

Clothes are of good quality, but pay attention to the ordering process, it’s expensive stock but you pay for all postage and return, if chosen the wrong size. I won’t be buying anymore as lost £12 just on postage. It’s only sensible when you buy these products through 3rd parties.
