Shocking service … two orders went wrong!!! I won’t be ordering again!

The garment I purchased was too large but I had my refund very quickly.

Issue with returns: website crashed several times and I had to go to post office to return and paid £10 for return

A really nice shop if you are looking for something a bit different. Father Christmas bought the woollen jumper comb so I have no idea how good it is .Nicely packaged . Unfortunately there was no product inside the packet but they sent this straight away My only criticism is that it came in a massive packet .It would have fitted into a small envelope
