The shirt just purchased is the second one. All good quality and item was delivered within 48 hrs. What more could you wish for!

The clothes are fantastic. I can’t speak highly enough of them. When you call, the phone is answered promptly which is a huge positive. It’s very annoying though when you order ( in this case four dresses) and pay almost twenty pounds extra for delivery in two days and only half the order turns up. No explanation. No contact. When I called them they said they would put the order through again for one of the dresses but the other was unavailable . Why did they need to put it through again? Why did they accept the order for the one that was unavailable? In any event they put it through again but it didn’t turn up the next day ( which was in any event later than originally promised and paid for date). Again no warning or explanation. When I called again they said they would refund me for the dress that hadn't turned up! When pressed, they agreed to refund the excess. No explanation other than the dresses were distributed around the country. Why wouldn’t they check that before accepting the order. I felt that they were saying making and paying for an order ( plus extra for a guaranteed delivery date ) is in fact no promise of any of that. If you have time to wait, go for it but if you are in a hurry, maybe call before ordering.

Lovely clothes and helpful customer service. My only slight negative is that the sizes vary so much by style that I usually have to order two sizes then return one which obviously isn't ideal! But overall I really like the fact they use natural fabrics in most of their clothes and lovely bright colours!

I ordered an ivory under slip to go under an ivory dress and paid £5 to have it delivered by the 14th August. My parcel arrived on the 16th, so missed the date I wanted it for. The colour is not ivory, much darker than the picture so no good to wear under the dress I ordered it for.

Two dresses received.1 stitched wrongly the other wrongly sized. Freepost label given then I was still charged for postage. Had to call to chase up my refund and postage, which I feel I would probably still be waiting for as there seemed total confusion over the order
