Still waiting for refund on a dress returned …it has now been 18 days…Aspiga stipulates refunds can take up to 14 days

Lovely dress and exactly what I wanted and expected! Ordering was simple and it arrived quickly and nicely packaged. Just what I needed for a day at the races in hot weather! Love it!👗

My first order from Aspiga and it won’t be my last! Easy to use website, plenty of information regarding status of order and excellent items when received, what’s not to like?!

Delighted with my order, lovely quality and a perfect flattering fit. Took a while to arrive but was worth the wait.

Nice products but terrible customer service therefore didn't feel I could rate this company any higher. Had to wait 3 weeks for the second item in my order, no updates were sent as to the status of the order, Emailed twice and telephoned the company with no response. Sent one item back for an exchange took 3 weeks, only received item when I sent an email of complaint and then it was sent the next day. The lack of customer service seriously lets this company down, will not buy from Aspiga on line again
