Visited the Laveshot Barnes shop. It was my first time visiting - I wasn’t previously familiar with the brand, the window display encouraged me in to have a look. Delighted I did, the clothes are beautifully made and in fabulous fabrics. The lady who helped me was fantastic- nothing was too much trouble in terms of finding sizes and suggesting different styles. I decided to buy a couple of items for my upcoming holiday and can’t wait to wear them. Will definitely be returning again soon!

Efficient service, helpful and returns dealt with easily

On placing my order, I received an automated email supposedly from the founder saying there were delays but that my item would be depatched as soon as possible. I sent an email chasing my order but did not receive a reply. It took over a week to arrive. Unfortunately I didn’t like the dress and processed a return and received another automated response explaining that returns could take up to 14 days to process and presumably even longer for repayment to be actioned!! It seems that Aspiga spend a lot of time apologising for their inefficient systems. Having now looked at social media, there are many complaints about poor customer service. I will not be ordering again. Refund still awaited btw!!!

The service was terrible. My order was supposed to take 3 to 5 days to be delivered it actually took 14 days. I emailed customer service and they never came back to me. I returned the goods but I am still waiting for a refund. I will not be using the company again.

Poor fit but gorgeous fabrics

I unfortunately purchased a dress that didn’t fit me very well or suit me. Took it on holiday tried it on 3 times but each time took it off as it just wasn’t very nice. Unfortunately I had removed the tags when packing it. Shame a dress I don’t like and don’t intend to wear is taking up room in my wardrobe.

I recently placed an order with Aspiga, whilst the delivery was a little bit longer than I anticipated I did receive good communication from them advising me that orders were taking slightly longer than usual. When my dress arrived it was worth the wait, beautifully made and absolutely stunning, the description online mentioned this particular dress was coming up big and suggested sizing down - which I did and it is a perfect fit.

Lovely material and a beautiful dress. A real shame it didn’t quite fit. Very helpful, personal service when there was a problem and I had to contact customer services. Brilliant at resolving the issue. Thank you
