Overnight delivery not possible so dress arrived too late for wedding guest

Please refer to my email that no one responded to. I ordered 2 dresses for my holiday after being recommended by my daughter. I dress arrived and nothing about the other. Next I hear I was to get a refund for missing dress but I had no notice it was out of stock or I would have ordered another. Then it suddenly comes back in stock too late for my holiday. A very disorganised system. Will not order again.

Lovely website - good choice of lovely clothes. However one of my items was cancelled and refunded due to low stock which was disappointing- the money had to be refunded to my card which took a while to come through. I don’t think companies should take money for items they don’t have. Delivery took a while too - longer than 3-5 days which I guess is not Aspiga fault.

Shocking service. Ordered a dress in the sale. Never arrived. No notification email. I had to call to find out they had barcode issues and it was out of stock. Will never shop here again.
