The ease of ordering and the delivery time were good. However, the robes are fantastic! ! ! My wife and I wear them to and from our outdoor jacuzzi spa. THe temperatures have been below freezing, and these are just perfect to walk from the house to the spa, and back in, when you are wet afterwards. I highly recommend the robes. The robes were so good, I decided to buy some towels. They are Christmas gifts for my wife, so I have not tried them yet.

When I ordered the robe - the color looked different online. I was a bit deceived by the color "stone." The monogram is good though, I just wish I had a different color.
