I would have rated them a Five but i sent the first set back due to pilling. Decided to try them again. Otherwise I love them.

These are simply the softest sheets I’ve ever slept on. First experienced them at the Mission Inn hotel in Riverside, then came home and immediately ordered a set! Love!

Excellent quality and feel washes and drys beautifully.

After a trip to a 5-star hotel in Chicago, I decided to buy my wife a robe like the one in the hotel. The MonarchCypress waffle robe I purchased was perfect, it arrived quickly and was of a similar quality as the robes in Chicago! My wife loves it and I couldn’t be happy with the purchase.

I have not received this order, I haven’t received a shipping update or any information and I haven’t been able to get any follow up information. The order was placed over two weeks ago. I have already been charged for the order and am becoming more frustrated as the days go by. Update: I have received my order, the products are correct and of good quality. I have added stars but will leave my initial review here for others as that is the situation that was occurring when Monarch asked my to initially review the company. I did receive an email several days later, it had several excuses in it and asked me to change my review. At that time, I still didn’t have any products for my money. Now, I do have product in hand, am satisfied with the items but feel the ordering, customer shipping/notification and customer service area need some definite improvement.

These are the best gift ever. I have bought the microfiber, plush, shawl robes for friends and family,everyone has loved them. They are so luxurious. They do run large. I am a women’s size 6 and the XS is generous.
