I have called your customer svc phone number (Nothing but dial tone, then disconnect), I have sent an email to customer service requesting an update on the shipment of my package, i received no response back. and I have tried to track my package and there is no tracking number available. so how can you be asking how my experience was, when you charged me, and have the above items to speak for? I haven't even received the product I have paid for. Are you scamming people?

Great towels- first found them when we stayed at the Bayfront Marin in St. Augustine and loved them. When we needed new towels we ordered them from MonarchCypressOnline. Received them quickly.

Great products and service generally. I got a terry microfiber robe for my wife but she didn’t like it because it was unisex and felt boxy and manly to her. We returned it. (Returns will cost you $15.50!).

I purchased a Long Waffle Robe and I love it! It was just what I was looking for "Great Quality". I will be ordering from them again. I also purchased a robe for my husband to be and mailed it to him. He had told me he didn't like robes he sent me a picture of him in the engraved robe he had the biggest smile on his face!

Ordering from the web was painless, and the robe was shipped quickly. However, I've been trying daily to exchange it for a different size and no one answers the phone; and no one returns phone calls. The shipping document very clearly states that customers who want to return a product "MUST CALL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION." They have a great product, but customer service, at least for non-commercial customers is poor at best. Update. The company replied to my comment that they have a form on the website for making returns. I had found the form and have filed it. They are supposed to send me via email a UPS label to print. Update 2. I've now filed the webform twice and still have no reply from the company. I've provided my phone number as well as my email address. This is unfortunate and frustrating because they do have a good product.
