Tentsile Connect, the bottom is getting sticky over time
I purchased a Connect in 2016, there was problems with the Zippers as it was to tight when it is setup, customer service sent me a new with no problem when I contacted them with an attached video, great service… now I have a few new problem many years later, one is that the bottom is getting soft and sticky and feel really not nice to touch. The other is that the zippers fabric is bad and treats is getting loose and blocking the zippers. Customer service first said to give the bottom talcum, still same problem, then the offering 5% discounts on a new tent.. if you plan to keep your tent for long term, there are other brands which has great customer service, Mine has been stowed properly and cleaned and drying before stowing, so it must be production issues and warranty should cover this…

😡 Terrible customer service. I contacted this company two weeks ago due to a couple of missing items and was told I would have them sent out immediately. I have had to chase this up and now receive a response that basically asks me to prove it with photographic evidence as if accusing me of lying. Considering the money I have spent on a 2 person tree tent and an extra flysheet, I am not impressed with being made false promises and then questioned like this. I will not be purchasing anything from this company in the future and definitely do not recommend them.

I've been waiting nearly 3 months for my tent. Initially was told it was going to be delayed by 4-weeks due to Brexit/Covid but customer service has gone awfully quiet as to what the reason is now....still waiting :-(

Absolute waste of time!!!! Ordered 4 items all apparently in stock received only the tent (SECOND HAND TENT WITH BARK UNDER THE TREE PROTECTORS, DIRTY STRAPS ,MISSING IPAD HOLDER) ,been updated 1week ago about the shipment of the rest of my order but till now the courier is still waiting to receive it !!!!! After contacting the chat section on the page they were Absolute waste of time,im wondering what is the point of this chat. The tent is brilliant but the company customer service and comunication is a joke. Not happy 😒 😕 update 12/11/22 dont waste my time!!!! You take almost 2 years to answear to this feedback???!!! you are absolute joke !!!!!!! thats just show your comitment to the customer service! I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
It’s been 40 days...
My fiancé ordered a tent for me for my birthday. To compensate for their delayed-shipping times, she ordered it on July 9. We were quoted a 28 wait until shipping. It’s been 40 days and we have not received the tent, not an email regarding the status of our order. Tentsile was very glad to take our $450 dollars, but getting us our product is clearly not a priority. Please, if someone from Tentsile customer service is reading this, contact me. Your lack of accountability is neglectful.

Lack of communication via Jessica Reading. We were in contact with Tentsile about featuring some of their tents on our new show and We have not heard back from her in months despite multiple emails we have sent. I wish I would have known that they do not get back with customers so we could made other plans now we are behind.
