Nice website and cool, unique products. Great order feedback / tracking. The price is a little high for the quality of the Trillium in my opinion. I feel like under $200 would be more reasonable. The fabric (woven black) looks a little more durable in the pictures and I assumed it was similar to a trampoline type material. It’s much thinner and lighter than that. I would also have preferred a different color strap so I could have this hanging on my property on a regular basis not that I can’t but the orange sticks out. I guess they’re orange for safety. Overall a cool product, a little pricey for the quality but if it lasts 5 years it’s worth the investment.

great delivery time and process

This is the best tent I have ever owned!! My only complaint is that it is tricky to find good spots to hang it because the angles have to be perfect to hold the right tension.

So far, just a decent website experience. no communications outside of it. Product arrived fairly quickly as expected. I have not used it yet.

I like the concept of the suspended tent. It was not as comfortable as I had hoped. I will be returning this product. But look forward to development and improvements. Thank you, A great idea !!

I bought the Tentsile Connect - will never go back! It’s the better than tents and better than hammocks. The pack weight is 18lbs- but that is only a net of 9 additional when subtracting the weight of my old tent, rainfly, footprint and stakes. 100% worth carrying the extra weight. It takes me about 8 minutes to set it up and 8 minutes to take it down and pack it - so no real loss or gain from that perspective. It also fits into my 65L pack with room for clothes, food and other gear around it. Worth every penny!

Great tent, well designed, very comfortable, easy setup, strong and sturdy.

The product (stingray and trillium) is perfect. Good quality and nice concept. The only minus was at the shipping. They shipped tonmy old adress. I'm lucky i've been able to go take my tentsile at my old adress and i'm very happy with this product. Its so comfortable and my children are Lovin' it Tank you tentsile
