This is the greatest thing I have ever purchased. Set it up the minute it got delivered. Hung out all day and stayed the night in it completely bug free and comfortable. And the next day continued to enjoy hanging around in it. And when the thunderstorms rolled in I just threw the rain fly on and staked everything out and stayed completely dry. This is a truly well thought out product. Every little feature on it is clever and multipurpose. I would recommend anyone thinking about purchasing this to absolutely think no further and pull the trigger.

Completely Disappointed. I ordered the Safari Bundle with extras ($1,100) on a Thursday afternoon. On Friday I E-mailed Tentsile support to confirm shipping. Four days later on Monday, I still had not received a response. So, on Monday afternoon, I called and talked to a woman named Melissa. See was friendly and assured me my order was going to ship that day. The next day on Tuesday afternoon I received a phone call from the head of USA sales informing me thier shipment from Europe did not arrive. See said it would be a week till thier next shipment and a week after that till I received my order in the mail. I was completely disappointed, so I cancelled my order. I wish that I had gotten the customer service others had gotten. Not sure if I'll every reorder from them again after this experience.

Fast shipping, and and the trillium and trillium xl are fantastic! Definitely worth the investment.
