I thought the writing was perfect for what I was looking to achieve in the book.

I am well pleased with the quality with every person that worked on my book. What I am not pleased with are the tutorials which I was referred to go and watch. If I didn't have a husband that was somewhat computer literate it would have been impossible or nearly impossible to complete.

They delivered a perfect outline by writer Alissa, great communication with her and delivered before the deadline. Great experience. Navigating the website / platform where all the work is happening, is not really easy to grab as a customer.

Always help on hand should you need it.
