There was no clear indication that my time line to review and request a revision was so short. The writer and editor were quick with the first draft. So quick in fact that my time expired before the due date from the author. I basically lost my 3 included revisions.

The first writer did a horrible job and I was given a choice to choose another writer, so thanks for that. The second writer was much better. My biggest complaint is the platform. Difficult to maneuver. Several times there was supposed to be something to click on that wasn't there and I had to ask admin to get involved. Also, I was never able to actually see what the editors did as it went straight to the writer to make changes.

My outline was beautiful! Perfectly created! A book is on the way and I'm sure it will be the same. Thank you sooo much Amara Moon!

I like this platform because I got tons of support for my project. Although there were some issues that occurred, I was assisted by the admin with full attention. Because of this amazing service, I could rest assured that my project would be taken care of. So, I will definitely be back with my next project. Thanks to everyone who helped me along the process.

Georges had great communication skill with me asking questions, keeping my perspective and vision in mind as he wrote. I love how he asked questions when he was unsure and the teamwork was excellent. The final product is stunning and so professional.

Overall, the whole process went well. It was somewhat confusing on how to reach out to Urban Writers itself. When I did the @ in the messages for admin no one ever got back to me. contacting you should be far more user friendly and obvious. Until your call, I did not even realize there were two sites. As they are both yours, I would still recommend adding an easy way to contact you through BOTH sites.

It was a very enjoyable experience working with my writer Zel and my editor Evelyn.. They were efficient, on target and completed the work in record time, and I am very satisfied with the end product.
