After being on the chat for a while and not getting anywhere no fault of RMS, may be ME being older lol This fantastic gentleman Spencer Greenlee was on the phone helping me out. he was so patient and talked me through every step of the way to change my internet over. I could not have done this with out his help. he went above and beyond to help me and I cant thank him enough. He needs a pay rise. would recommend them to any one, I have been with these for a long time and would not switch. Thank you again Mr Spencer Greenlee, my Knight in shinning armour.
