I spoke to Dan today and he was very polite and professional.He quickly sorted out my terminal problem.He made me feel at ease with his diagnostic instructions from start to finnish.with customer service like this it makes me want to stay with R M S.

kareema was so helpful …

kareema was so helpful today and gave me great service ,but i have left rms after many years as they always seemed to provide me with older machines and charge me a monthly rental too. i have moved to a new provider with a lovely new free card machine provided !!also cheaper fees the 50 minute wait to get thorough to speak to someone 6 months ago when i rang was enough to put me off contacting them again too !
