Unfortunately, my part was not available, but customer service maintained excellent communication and provided a full refund. I would not hesitate to buy from Harrington again. Great company.

Placed an order on Jan 7th for an item they showed that they had stock for. Placed order and was told to expect delivery in 10-14 days. After no update on the status of the order at 10 days, I contacted the Harfington via email only to be notified that the product was "out of stock" at the manufacture and they were closed for the Spring Festival (Lunar New Year)...which did official start for 2 more days. They claimed that the product would come at the end of January or early February, but if the manufacturing company is closed for the Lunar New Year, it doesn't end until early February. If you try to do business with this company, buyer beware, and use a payment method that makes it easy to get your money back (i.e. PayPal).

The item was broken where one of slots was supposed to fit for connection. This was not due to packing or shipping issues. It was well packed. This is a product quality issue.

You specified the nuts I order fit fender amp volume and tone controls. Waited weeks and they don't fit

This was my first time purchasing from Harfington. Order basic items just to check things out. The order was easy to place, the shipping was quick and tracking updates useful. Included in the tracking was the track number once it reached a US carrier; this was very useful. Items arrived at my doorstep in NY 10 days after ordering. Order was accurate and quality was decent. Will order from this company again (much less expensive than Amz. for the same item).

I'm sure what I ordered will be fine... once I get it. Please allow an additional 2 weeks to your order. Mine is still in transit . Ordered: 01-01-23 still awaiting delivery... today 01-15-23 still no delivery estimate from the tracking #.
