I ordered two sets of bearings that I need to repair an item at my home. I found the required units from harfington, and paid my money for them. A week has elapsed, and I finally received an e-mail telling me that the items are not available. I have since requested a full refund, and there has been no confirmation of my request. I do not like being stolen from, and intend to pursue this issue with the states attorney office. If you cannot complete an order, you do not get to keep the money paid by the customer.

Took a couple weeks to arrive. 2 in sanding discs were wrapped in plastic wrap. It had a decal, but it would be an advantage to at least clearly mark the grit on each one and use a reusable bag.

I believe the product will be fine if consistent with description from website. Was not clear it was being shipped from China so the delivery time is way longer than I hoped.
