SCAM ALERT! I never received my order. Tried contacting the company and got no response.

I made a mistake in my order which I did not realize until I received the items. I reached out to Customer Service asking to return the items, hoping to get at least a partial refund. Instead Zoey in Customer Service issued me a full refund and told me to keep the items as a gift. This level of customer support is rare these days.

PERFECT customer service even when the mistake that happened was completely not their fault. I will pick them first the next time I am ordering hardware
