It took way too long for me to receive the item. When I was ordering I was not made aware that the item was being shipped from China. If I had known that I would have ordered from someone else. Which I ended up doing as I needed the part right away.

Never received notice that the order…
Never received notice that the order had been shipped, so I e-mailed to ask the status of the order. Received no reply. I did get the order a couple days later. 1 item in the order, a 6” metric/English ruler turned out to be useless and I threw it away. There was a space at the beginning of the ruler longer than 1mm, so I had to grind the end until it measured correctly. Once I’d done this the English scale on the other side was thrown out of wack. Crap ruler. Also got a couple drill bits and they are fine. Not likely to order from this place again. UPDATE 2-21-24 I got an e-mail from Zooey at Harfington that she had refunded the cost of the defective rulers. I must admit that the attention to service is better than at some of the other “well known” online retailers that I’ve ordered from. Thank you Zooey!

Found what I was looking for at a great price! I had to return some parts that I found I had duplicates of, their customer service made the process very easy as they were quick to respond and were friendly

Juan Wang was a huge help to me. First I created an order including a completely wrong part, having forgotten I'd replaced it with a new design. He was able to quickly cancel it over a weekend and I tried again. This time when reordering a part I did need from the original order, I forgot to click the specific variation I needed and ordered the wrong size. Somehow I got lucky and there was a glitch in processing the order such that it didn't go out right away and I was able to spot my error. Not only did Juan fix the order for me, he even expedited the shipping because of the delay. Oh, and this was my first order with them just for a couple hundred dollars. Not like he had a huge incentive to try so hard, but I'm grateful he did.
