I love Planet Beauty and staff at my local store. I value the 20% off in-store pricing (without agreeing to text messages) and also pricing when compared with Amazon. Unable to go to store so ordered on line. Instructions said that if I signed up for texts, I would receive 20% off products purchased. I signed up for texts, & tried using code provided--it was rejected--did not receive discount on my $73.00 purchase. I appreciate free postage; Thank you. LJP
