I still didn't receive any shipping information.

Ordered an item at the beginning of December for my wife’s Christmas Present. Got an email saying your item has been shipped with tracking number. To this day January 6th the tracking number says label created awaiting item at USPS. When I emailed planet beauty about this weeks ago I’ve gotten no replies. Product still has not even started its journey to my doorstep. Update: Customer Service Representative reached out and explained the cause for the delay and promptly corrected the issue and shipped immediately. My wife now has her present and loves it. Yes there was an issue but the company took all necessary steps to ensure I was satisfied.

I still haven't received my package shipped on 12/18, nor have I received a replacement. The customer service department hasn't been helpful. It seems it's not a priority for them to address and rectify the situation.
