It has been almost a month and no product has been sent.

I placed the order and it is not delivered.

Ordering was easy, except I almost missed out on the 20% discount! Glad I was paying attention. This was a gift for my daughter, specifically requested by her so I know she did her homework researching the product.

Easy to use and I found a cupon code but they don't tell you when package will come

First time on site. Said her 20% off of you sign up for txts and email. I did. Then get my order ready enter code.. guess what. This product doesn’t qualify for the 20%. Go figure. Now they have my info to market me til death without giving me anything-wrong. The 20% should be on planet beauty. They got the info not on the product purchased. Just wrong. If you want to make it right remove me from your marketing

A great price along with a nice discount for the blow dryer I ordered!

The review came before I was notified that the product was shipped. Ordered on 12/8/2024. As of today 12/14/2024 I have received no notice of shipping. I emailed to ask for a status. A review includes the product and service of shipping. So far can't judge either.

Easy to navigate the website and app to find the products I wanted. There were also discounts I could use.
