I ordered 4 items to be shipped for Christmas…only three arrived even though you confirmed all 4 would be sent. This was a gift for my granddaughter and it is too late to get the fourth item for Christmas. Your company should have only three were available and I am disappointed not to have all the items.

I place my order with ease and was available for pick up by next day and clerk was nice and friendly. Whole process was great.

I was sent the wrong product and when I called to inform you the person on the phone argued with me about my order. I informed her that the customer is always right and I would not be doing business with you in the future.

Ordered on the 18th and paid for upgraded expedited shipping. I emailed and left a voicemail on the 20th asking for a tracking number or update. No response. Just finally spoke to someone named Elizabeth who said sorry there was an error and the order never shipped so I won't receive by before Christmas. I asked her to send it next day air and she said they do not offer that service. I realize she's just doing her job but a manager should've gotten involved and the product should've shipped next day.

Ease of ordering and price

Easy check out and had exactly what I wanted.

It was easy to order online. I was also happy that the main item I was looking for was actually in stock and on sale. Side note- the sale price wasn't too much over the actual cost of the item in France, so that made me happier. I opted for in-store pick up, which I will do tomorrow.
