Defective hair piece

The hair piece I received was defective. The left side of it where the bangs start shows a white plastic that is impossible to cover it up.

2 orders, 2 different experiences

2 orders were placed. Kudos to the Riverside at Tyler staff for promptly filling the order and sending out the “order is ready for pick up” confirmation. The order was placed at 3:12 pm and was ready for pick up by 4:51 pm the same day. The other order was placed at the Tustin location on the same day at 3:10 pm. At 10:00 am the next day there was no “order is ready for pick up” email. A simple phone call was made to the (949) number listed in the order confirmation email. It was received by a Planet Beauty representative named Piper whose tone of voice was anything but helpful. She sounded bothered and annoyed that someone would be calling to ask about their order. Her level of inconvenience increased when she stated she would call the store to find out if the order would be ready today. The experience with the representative for the Tustin location was unpleasant. Having worked for a company that highly values the customer experience, her lack of quality customer service training was evident.
