Customer user friendly. Easy to follow app and checkout process. I’ve been a customer of planet since approximately 2002. Over the years I’ve purchased many products. I especially love the hair products, and accessories. I’ve not experienced any negative customer service in stores. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable on products as well as cosmetology. Update: 2/13/25: I changed my ranking from 1 star to 4 stars. I have received my items and all is redeemed because the prices offered here are definitely better than other sites I've used. Original post: I placed an order on 01/30, Planet Beauty created a shipping label on 1/31 so that they could charge my credit card, but as of today 2/8 the items have not been shipped. I've called their CS number (went to voicemail) and sent an email yesterday but received no response!!! I've ordered with other skincare sites (Emstore and Skin Store) numerous times and Planet Beauty is the 1st to be so unresponsive. Seems like a scam site rather than a legitimate business site!!

When I opened my package I noticed that one of my shampoo bottles was leaking and it was all over the box I reached out to them but never heard back
