It was so easy to order I will order lots of product this way

I just purchased a very simple item and there was no fuzz; it was direct to the point and the whole process was emailed to me right away!

I put in an order - THROUGH PLANET BEAUTY WEBSITE. It was immediately canceled. I put out in again. It was immediately canceled. I CALLED the store in SAN CLIMENTE! The woman that answered was busy. I was patient, waited on hold. Told her why I was calling, she interrupted me and told me I needed to contact Amazon. I'd had to reiterate that I didn't order through Amazon- but through Planet Beauty's website. I was trying to do 2 things - find out why it was canceling me and go ahead and put an order on through a store. With card in hand!! She was rude- I finally said it didn't sound like she wanted my order so she just hung up. I emailed the company - they did not respond!!.

You gave me a 20% discount which was worthless on the items I bought. Sorry I entered the extra information to get the worth less discount.
