Josh Roach at bathroom escapes Chard was brilliant at helping me design a complete bathroom refurbishment after making 2 rooms into 1. I didn't know where to start! Josh completely designed the bathroom into a fantastic spacious bathroom with a bath & a shower area, giving me everything I wanted. I was able to take colour sample’s home of wall tiles and flooring .And I visited the showroom a few times to see the plans & colours etc… it was also sent via email for me to see and somethings were sorted via phone as it suited my busy life. i would highly recommend Josh Roach and escape bathrooms. I would definitely recommend Escape Bathrooms. Tara helped us to design a new ensuite and bathroom, guiding us through the process and discussing various different options that would suit us. It was great to see the different fixture and fittings in the showroom and with Tara ordering our choices helped to make the process simple from start to finish. We had a few issues such as missing handles which was sorted out straight away. We are delighted with our new bathrooms and thank you Tara and Escape bathrooms

Gina was an excellent collaborator in designing the kitchen and helping me with choices (sink, tap, countertop, etc.) Although the installers are not employed by Escape, they were referred by them and they were excellent. The kitchen is fully transformed and truly stunning.

Nice showroom with lots of ideas and plenty of space to park. Free home visit to help with the planning which was so helpful. Becky who we dealt with was absolutely excellent, very knowledgable - helpful and kind (with an excellent sense of humour and the patience of a saint !!) Goods arrived when she said they would. We would like to thank Joanna of bathroom escapes Chard. We recently had a complete bathroom refurbishment. While we knew what we wanted we didn't know where to start! Joanna completely redesigned the bathroom into a fantastic shower room, giving us everything we wanted. We were able to bring samples home of wall tiles, flooring and cabinet colours and textures to choose exactly what we wanted. How lovely to discover such wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, local business. Escape Bathrooms also went beyond the call of duty to rectify problems which were no fault of their own. Ordering was simple, despite the vast array and overwhelming choice of bathroom furniture and fittings. The showroom has also recently been professionally updated and it was good to see sone of the items pre purchase. This was thanks to Tara, who is a real asset to Escape Bathrooms, as was her level of after sales service and taking responsibilty to rectify problems. Indeed, some of the bathroom furniture arrived damaged, yet Tara was straight onto it and replacements swiftly sourced/delivered. A big shout out also to Paul Race Interiors, for completing such a wonderful job. I now have hotel-quality bathrooms. Famtastic! 11/10 all round

We wanted a complete bathroom refit and went to the Chard showroom as recommended by our neighbours. A mind boggling choice of products, and a very patient Josh Roach who coped admirably with all our questions, and the indecision with colours! A definite example of how too much choice makes life more complicated! Once the final decisions were made, the products were ordered as per the specification and were ready exactly when our brilliant fitter (Ben Chubb plumbing & bathrooms) needed them. The shower tray arrived with manufacturing damage, but Josh sorted a replacement from the manufacturer for next day delivery - amazing! The quality of the parts is excellent, and the finished bathroom definitely has the wow factor in our opinion - we love it!

I had an excellent experience at Total in Shepton Mallet. Tara could not have been more helpful or patient as I dithered over what to buy. She gave advice when I asked for it and knew the products exceptionally well, she’s certainly an asset to the business! The showroom is very well laid out and gave me a real idea of how items would look in my own home.

We always go to Escape Bathrooms for our bathroom fixtures and fittings and have found Becky to be very helpful and efficient. Recently, we needed replacement tap heads and disc valves and Becky sorted it all out for us with the manufacturer straight away. She is always friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.
