Trousers were awful, not for young people!

Sent me the wrong colour item, they fixed the issue really quickly, allowed me to keep the incorrect item, sent the correct item and included a free Christmas Jump. Replacement product arrived in 2 days.

Absolutely appalling... I received my order and on unpacking I discovered a peanut shell in with the Clothing, I took this very seriously as a member of my household has a nut allergy! I am still waiting for a response and compensation for the discarded clothing.
