I have ordered 5 pairs of trousers and all of them were amazing and fit me well :) the shoes are kind of off size.. if you order 7 its gonna be abit too tight and small but if you order 8 its gonna be abit too big so kinda gotta becareful when ordering shoes , otherwise everything is amazing and the quality of the items also amazing, the delivery cost is abit too much tbh they should make a promotions and all that like if you spend 30£ u get delivery free :P that would be brilliant but hey cant complain much also its very AMAZING that they give you a tracking option so you know where your parcel is :)

I like the prices of the items but I still expect to get the item pictured & the boots I were sent were a good 3-4 inches SHORTER than in the picture of the item onsite!!! The 2nd pair I ordered KILLED MY FEET on the first time of wearing them and so are useless to me now too as are not just extremely uncomfortable , not true to size AND they left me with numerous blisters!! I EXPECT the items I purchase to be FUNCTIONAL and fit for purpose as well as the actual item sent as in the picture not shorter boots which they DEFINITELY WERE I am not a happy customer & if this is not resolved in a satisfactory way I will be going to Trading Standards with my complaint as the boots were not just useless but not as shown on site either and the other ones left scars on my feet :-( ( P.S I do NOT see why I have to pay for return postage and NOTHING was said in regards to the other pair which are useless and unwearable and NEITHER of the issues are my fault as I bought them both in GOOD FAITH!! )
