This site is brill I ordered Sunday received Wednesday much quicker than other similar sites. Items are the higher quality items other sites offer( as mentioned before) ok they can be priced a little more but not more than £2 they also offer great free delivery deals if you spend a certain amount I got 8 items (including 2 dresses from a certain high street store beginning with T) all came to £40 with free delivery. Don’t bother with the others I’m sticking here

I've been shopping here a few years, quality products at an affordable price, packaging arrives in good quality. Of course the occasional faults on the clothes but just like buying from anywhere else. Staff always helpful, the only downside is they don't have exchanges so you have to re-buy the item needed but if its faulty is free returns so it kind of works out, and the staff are always willing to help if you ask nicely. Their jackets are always good quality sometimes I compare it with another item worth over 250pounds as they could be similar sometimes. Good company for less prices, I'd definitely recommend.

Have been waiting for a refund for an item they couldn’t provide - 3 weeks and counting - no reply to my emails......

Good quality ex high-street clothes. Have never bought shoes from them so I can only speak for the clothes. Mainly bought jeans and shirt+jumper from them,all were fine. Returns are a bit fussy and it can be hard to find the right size. Got sm big-brand jeans+dress from them recently which would be a lot more expensive. I am in London+delivery is max 3days which s great.

There are a few cheap online clothing websites. My honest opinion is, lessthan10pounds is the one that delivers the best quality. Customer service is also very good. I never be disappointed. I strongly recommend this site.

I shop here a lot. Quality is great for the price. Just love their trousers. I have bought shoes from them and I usually need to order 2 sizes above what I normally wear to get a comfortable fit. Great for lounging around clothes.

Order lots from here always. I am in republic of Ireland and postage on the site is a little expensive. Now I use parcel motel and can save a little that way. Parcel motel generally delays order by 2 or 3 days, but delivery times are still pretty good with lessthan10pounds - order on a Saturday and I have my item by the Thursday - 4days (so if I was in mainland UK presume it would be Tuesday or Wednesday - 2/3days). Knits are great value, tops and dresses are not always my style (working corporate mother in my 30's) but usually every month I get one or two great little finds from dresses/tops for very cheap and ALWAYS get compliments on them. Cannot resist telling people that I got it for 5 pounds, 8 pounds etc and people are usually shocked! Have ordered lots of shoes & boots and find that I usually need to go up a size (I am a comfortable size 7 in normal stores but the 8 usually fits like a glove with lessthan10pounds). Clothing from lots of different suppliers so sizing varies but I usually check reviews and the description normally says if you need to order a size up or down. Have not needed to return anything yet so can't comment on returns. One or 2 items have not been exactly as I expected though when I go back and check description, it is usually my own misunderstanding/expectation rather than the product advertisement (even those items I have not returned, still very wearable). Have been ordering once per month (on pay day) for the past 4 months and spend between 50 and 90GBP on most orders. Love this site and recommend to all & have got all my friends on the bandwagon now as well!

They will rip you off for postage to deliver and return and the quality is shocking! Wore a skirt once and the hem came down! I ordered 15 items - could only keep 3! Horrible to deal with - patronizing and downright rude! BEWARE!
