I have used this company for quite a few years but since the start of the pandemic it has been frustrating when ringing to place an order it takes a long time to answer my call. This is not an isolated occasion. Also the delivery of my order takes up to a week or more to receive. When I mentioned this a few times it is either this or the postal strike. This has not affected other companies in the same way. When placing my order they have always been polite and friendly.I am still very happy with the products I buy.

Haven't received order yet but already asked for a review. Taking too long to arrive

After placing an order on 28 November last year which did not arrive, I was finally told I would be refunded on 23 December after having emailed customer services numerous times. I have still not received my refund, despite following up with Higher Nature on two further occasions. Will never order from this company again - service is non existent.

On time delivery and product so far seems to be good.

HN let me know when the product I had enquired about became available, and despite postal strikes the parcel arrived in 2 days. I have used HN's products since the company's inception. The Supergest products has always been really helpful - the best of others brands I have experimented with
