The worst customer service!!. Took money out of my account 2 weeks ago. I did not receive an email confirming my order as they are having issues with their IT. Wouldnt you think that a company who relies on technology for their business would have this issue resolved very quickly? I have phoned 4 times to find out where my order is. Long waiting times to get to speak to someone who then gives you a range of excuses why your order has not been dispatched. As of today still not dispatched. I've used this company for several years and always found them prompt with their postal service. Seems to have lost their way!! Will not be using them again.
