My husband can't use the phone system for some reason not sure why I'm totally happy with the cards and picture part but not the phone system

I don't think I'll be continuing the use of these services. This is probably the only subscription based service I've ever used before thats actually hounded me by contacting my personal phone number with not an automated message, but a real person trying to pressure me into continuing payments after a trial offer has ended. Netflix has never called me personally. Honestly borderline intrusive service if you ask me.

Disappointed customer. My 15 minute phone call cost me double what I usually pay. Using this service I paid over $7 for a 15 minute phone call. It usually costs me just over $3 for the same 15 minute phone call. Not a money saver at all!!

Its been good the phone lines need improvements

Customer service sucks. I haven’t been able to chat with a representative because even with checking at every hour it says they are offline. I call to speak to one and I explain my issue and they tell me not to worry about things? That’s ridiculous

The app has been amazing. It is easy to use and fast delivery. I love it
