Well i generally like all the different things i can do ith the app. It makes it pretty quick and easy to keep in touch with my boyfriend. i thought when i paid the 26 dollar phone line thing that it would make our calls only like 1.24 something for a call but it is still just as expensive.

I am extremely disappointed with your service. The the letter & card I sent was sent back to me because the facility could not locate my inmate. The booking number was incorrect even though I had corrected it on my account. I was hoping the letter & card would get to my inmate quicker but it was never received at all. Also, the pictures I sent first was the last item to send which I’m expecting to receive back in the mail as well.

Charge came through days later and there aren't specific instructions on how everything works. My inmate called me on this number and it was not .15 a min. Also messages ate not free.

I am not sure yet if my loved one got the photos Insent via Pigeonly.

Out of 7 photos I sent the last time only 2 were received by the person I sent them to. Every time I send pictures they're never all sent. I will unsubscribe if this continues

Took a lot to set it up. Takes a long time for anything to get sent out.

I think it took way too long just to get an email telling me the photos have just been sent. I could have included them in a letter and they would have been ther already.

Sending pictures galore hoping my loved one doesn't miss a thing!

I give it a 5 star because I love the fact that you get a number for cheaper calls and you can write a letter and send it without out going to the postal office...I just hate that it went up to 19.99 a month now...While it’s a pandemic.
