This website is a great way to stay in touch with my loved one. The only thing I don’t like is it gives me an option for a greeting card but he can’t receive them. Also, sometimes it will get stuck on shipped or processing and I have to contact support. Overall it is great website.

Pigeonly is great

There needs to be more explanation in the first page about the $25 minimum fee you are required to have on your Gtl account or whatever jail services that you use on top of the $24.99 you pay for Pigeonly account just to get a certain % off your per minute charge. The website doesn't explain this well enough and so make sure you call customer service before signing up. Thank you

Well when I first got my line and could take calls it didn't work for almost a month. Then they fixed it and things had been good. Then 2 days ago my inmate has tried calling and all he gets is a busy time. I have been paying every month. I think I should be able to talk to him. I pay about 50.00 dollars a month. Overall good website I am satisfied with pigeonly website I think it's a great way for family's to get in contact with their loved ones who are incarcerated. An the online customer service is very helpful an kind . On the other hand the reason they dont get 5 stars is because I'm not too pleased with the amount of time it takes to process the phone service I'm ready to have a conversation with my loved one already an the process is taking long enough and that's what they can make changes with in order to have a better rep an better score .

GREAT way to keep in touch with loved ones. This is a great app. So easy to use and send letters,pics, etc! Also a great price. Totally would recommend.
