This site is pretty easy to figure out. I had no problems with any of my purchases or making an account, or finding my inmate. All went smooth, and I appreciate this site helping families connect with their inmates. Makes everything easier. I haven't tried the phone yet, as I still have a few dollars left on my phone through GTL.

It's hard to figure out really an inmates know nothing about it makes people aware so we know it's not a scam

I haven’t officially used the services yet. I have a phone number for him, and just sent a letter. I would like if once the letter has been received we get a confirmation email, just like letting us know the letter had been sent. That would be nice.
