I signed up for an account online and it would not let me activate it. A customer service representative called me the next afternoon and helped me Ctivate the account and said everything was good to go and gave me my phone number. When o received a call on that number it said there was no credits and when I tried to load credits online it said a provision number was being processed. The offices were already closed seeing as this was 6 hours after I was told the account and everything was ready to use.

I called to get more information about pigeonly and the lady answered all my questions and help me get signed up. No issues and it was easy

I have a relative that’s an inmate and this site has been a big blessing to keep in touch with her and send photos ect....it’s an do all in one site with good prices :)

Very quick and helpful

Getting set up and finding a inmate was simple enough, understanding what your buying and why was confusing. I keep getting insufficient fund error even though I have money in my account. Hours of opRation kinda suck when you need help at 9pm. No online help either.

Extremely user friendly, this was my first time using Pigeonly.com. Although, the background selections for the cards could be updated. Other than the background options, I would recommend Pigeonly.com they’re affordable. Also, they do not exploit families of incarcerated loved ones for money.
