It was pretty easy signing up and sending photos. I didnt realize that you had to pay for everything individually.

I just now getting to use it so far so good yet I believe it takes to long for inmates to receive mail. I can pay for stamps and mail in same or most time day or two earlier. I don't seem like that part at all. I hope the phone does a better job

Was nice to not have to go and print pics n go to post office but it wld only let me download 1 pic at a time.i wld choose multiple pictures but then when hit done it only downloaded 1....was kind of annoying:(

Right now everything is great I'm waiting for a response from my son that's incarcerated then I will know my experience was a five-star

I wish they would explain all fees fees upfront not just yalls. Then after u start with u guys and pay then bam hits you with more money needed.

It took some hunting to find the definition of what you will do and much it will cost. I added 3 inmates. 1 is paid for, my brother. For what I need for each of them, phone, letters, and pictures it will be about $50 per person, per month. Even tho I sincerely, and seriously believe the products you offer are extensively worth every penny, during this current economic crisis, I just can't afford it!.
