I found Pigeonly through an online search. My fiance just got incarcerated and it has been very difficult. This service has been amazing! The pricing is perfect-saving me a fortune, not to mention the convenience of it. I had to call customer service with general account questions since it was my first time using this service and the representative was great! Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful-not to mention very friendly and pleasant to speak with. I highly recommend Pigeonly.

My experience was wonderful so far!! It was so much more affordable than at other app or website I could find, and I searched high and low!! Customer service was fantastic when I had an issue with setting up my card and they gave me the BEST first month promotional discount I could have asked for. I was surprised and so happy when the NEXT DAY I received an email saying my order to my inmate had already been shipped!! 5 stars!! I highly recommend to anyone having to keep in contact with a loved one that is incarcerated!!

I think this is using my funds i set up direct with the facility. Im thinking no funds are being subtracted from Pigeonly.
