Something burnt out in my very old Chef oven and I thought I might have to replace the whole stove. Craig came on the same day I called Always Prompt, so they certainly live up to their name. Craig had quite a bit of difficulty accessing the back of the unit, and we thought he'd need to call in another person to help. But he persevered and carefully worked the oven away from the wall and was able to fix the problem and get my old oven working again. I'm retired so I've had a lot of service calls over the years and I have to say Craig was the most caring and competent electrician I have met, and he's a real gentleman. He went above and beyond to achieve a great outcome for me, and I am delighted.
