Arrived right on time. The booking agent said between 10 and 11 and Ben arrived at 10:10. So refreshing to have a trade arrive at the beginning of the time blocked rather than at the end. Very efficient and friendly service. Ben explained everything clearly and gave some great advice on maintaining my washing machine. I would definitely recommend Always Prompt Services as they absolutely live up to their name!

Ben was excellent and his partner, sorry Craig?? I'm terrible with names. Both knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Honest evaluation, costings and labour. Good tips on future care. The customer service team were so good, getting back to my enquiry and booking a time very quickly as well. They even phoned me twice with earlier opportunities. I've used this business before and have always been impressed with the service.

Ben and Craig were professional, clever and hard working. They sorted my washing machine thoroughly and took the time to teach me some maintenance skills. I think they could have a side hustle in home skills workshops! I appreciated the secretary's professionalism and process. I was impressed that they were available the next day, too. Will definitely be making these guys my go to repairs experts.
