Ben came to my home to determine why my condensor clothes dryer was not working properly. He called to let me know when he would arrive, was friendly and polite when he arrived. Let me know what he was doing and why, assured me that the issue was not due to lack of proper care to the dryer. Very impressed with Ben, his customer service is very impressive. Will recommend to my friends that they call this company and ask to have Ben service their appliance when needed.

We had Sam attend to an issue with our Miele dishwasher. He communicated with us beforehand on his arrival time, was prompt and polite and able to get to the issue very quickly.
