Then the repair booking was within a few days. Before Sam (technician)arrived he rang to let me know how long it would be before he arrived. Lucky to get one star, today a service man came to look at my dish washer I told him it stops half way through and beeps continuously he asked what the screen said I said I forgot. So he left 5 minutes later the beeping started on the dish washer so I rang the company immediately. Was told I have to pay another call out fee for them to return for the same problem.

Arrived at scheduled time, quickly worked out the issue and promptly repaired it.

Great experience from start to finish. We were fitted in the same day for a dishwasher repair. Shanan was excellent: turned up exactly on time, and was very knowledgeable, clean and tidy. A quick inspection and within 10 minutes he was able to give us our options. Would definitely use this company again.
