Great Customer Service - Sam was on time actually called to ask if he could come earlier. Sam was respectful, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Explained the problem, what need to happens next and nothing was too much trouble.

Had Sam come out this morning to replace my griller element. He was fast and efficient and was quite knowledgeable. Very Happy.

Sold me a faulty Blanco oven element that failed after a few months. Tried to blame the fault on me and the oven cleaner I was using, but it was just a cheap, after-market part. The replacement part we got from a more reputable company is still going strong. I would not recommend this company and I was especially disappointed with the spare parts warehouse manager who was the one who blamed the fault on us.

Matt k was very prompt,as the name suggests. Firstly the young lady in the office did a great job ,keeping us informed on any time changes and very nice over the phone. Back to Matt,he rang us and said he would be early,which was great.We had abit of a laugh and he saved our fridge/freezer from certain death.Thanks again Matt great job.

I found always prompt to be easy to deal with, came on time and communicated well. Sam who fixed our microwave was on time, courteous and did a great job fixing the microwave.

Ben came to look at our broken smeg dishwasher. We had attempted to fix ourselves (don’t recommend), which resulted in two problems, not one. Ben was super professional, identified the issues and had it fixed promptly - with zero shaming for us attempting to fix ourselves. Really happy with the service provided.

Ben was professional, knowledgable and friendly. He found the issues with my washing machine and explained it to me clearly. Whilst my machine is repairable, I made the decision today to not proceed with the repairs due to the age of my machine and my own concerns that it would fail again in the future due to the age. But if have every confidence that should I have chosen to proceed with a repair that Ben would have been just as professional, knowledgable and friendly when he came back to replace the parts. Thanks Ben for showing great customer service today.
