I ordered only one neck pillow, but for some reason, two showed up on my order. I immediately emailed them both through the email address provided and on their site, requesting the cancellation of the 2nd neck pillow. I have emailed 5 times since the order. But I have not received any reply at all. Only an email confirming shipment, but through what looks like a phoney site. And still with two neck pillows. It is a scam!! I want confirmation of the cancellation of the full order. I am no longer interested in receiving any of their products. Please cancle Order #233066.

Went to purchase 2 pillows at which was advertised at 68 dollars. I noticed after checking out that I was actually charged 78 which I should have double checked. I have followed up with the company three times now and still have no reply on correcting this.

Bait & Switch FlyHugz offered a buy one get one offer & I thought it would be a good way to try their products. I ordered 2 neck pillows & 2 crossbody bags. It took almost a month for my order to arrive & it only contained one of each item. I have emailed & called numerous times & have gotten no responses. I do not recommend this company.

Personne n’a répondu à aucun de mes messages mail. Le numéro de téléphone est faux ! C’est une fraude ! I contacted the customer service multiple times to no avail. Nobody answers ! The neck cushion is way too big for me, need to return it. They advertise easy return, they don’t let you return it ! It’s a fraud.

I made a purchase, but after that there is no response from the FlyHugz. I have sent 4 e-mails after that to ask about the status of my purchase, but there is not any replay and response, nothing. They are constantly sending some promotions and adds, but about my order which I paid, they is no replay, none information.

FlyHugz processed 3 orders, took my money & only sent 1 order. They refuse to answer any emails or make contact. Be very careful buying from this company.

Flyhugz is a scam!! Their neck pillow is very expensive, but smell very bad and looks cheap. Their 60 days return is a big scam. As soon as i received it, initiate a return and nobody ever gets back to me at all. Confirmed that i checked my chunk mail. I later investigated further and found our that it is never been featured on big medias as claimed on their website. Beside, the neck pillow is sent from China

I was in the process of purchasing, of course, they ask for your email for your 50% discount. GAVE them my email, never got the email. After looking at the reviews I chose not to submit payment despite already putting my numbers in. Thank the lord I felt something was off. Didn't buy because NO EMAIL. Clearly, customer service is bad plus the weird way you have to maneuver on the site to get the pink one was BIZARRE. Not a user friendly experience so they lost a potential buy.
