Poor customer service
Update: I ordered two pillows 6 weeks ago. One of them is too large for a family member, the other is fine. This company requires an approval # before accepting a return, and has a timeline of 60 days. I have contacted their customer support Five times in the previous Six weeks and they finally responded, indicating that they are sorry and I should contact them again. I continue to receive marketing emails to purchase additional pillows while they ignore my request to authorize a return. I don’t recommend buying from this company. They have a lot of competition in the industry; ignoring a customer’s comments / requests is short-sighted. I am still waiting for an approval # to return one pillow.

I ordered 3 pillows and as soon as I got them, I wanted to return 2 as they didn't fit the people I was buying for. I am keeping mine. The return policy is very misleading. It just says-60 Day Money Back Guarantee. But...and a big BUT there are many conditions to that guarantee. You didn't say on the website "60 Day Money Back Guarantee (with restrictions)" Over the past week I have received 3 emails from them. Every one of them says-why are you returning them? I reply each time and then nothing for days. This is extremely misleading and I am probably going to return the 3rd one because of this bad experience. It also took more than 3 weeks to get my order here in the US. The website says 3-4 days.
Order paid for, never received
I placed an order in December, paid whatever the guaranteed shipping fee was, but still haven’t received my order. It shipped12/29, but USPS has lost it. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact FlyHugz customer support and the couple times they can be bothered to respond, they tell me to go to my local post office in person to get the package. Beware- their customer service is difficult to get a response from, and when they do respond they do nothing solve the problem.

Customer service stinks. I wrote 2 Emails with no response also called with no results. I bought a neck pillow bundle for my dad and he is unable to use it. I'm asking to return it and get a refund. I just would appreciate some acknowledgement. I feel like I have no choice but to go to the credit card company and the better business bureau with my complaint.

Be very careful before purchasing
Please do not buy from this company. Bought for Christmas, daughter did not care for pillow and now have contacted the company 6 times with no resolution. Says no hassle returns but they do not give you return authorization to return. My experience with this company is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Never received
Order #208432 Ordered 2 on 1/6. It took 7 days for the item to leave Jamaica NY and reach Chicago area. It has now been to to 7 different post offices in the Chicago area-twice to my local post office. Tracking keeps saying it will be delivered on 1/17. Now tracking says there is an issue with the delivery. Emails to company have had no response. Stay away from this company

I ordered my Flyhugz pillow on 12/19 (order 187638) and still haven't received it. Today is 1/20 and the last known tracking message was on 1/5 and it's in another language. It arrived in Dallas on 1/2 and made its way to another facility but nothing. Several voice messages left on their phone and multiple emails. NOTHING. This is embarrassing. Do not order from Flyhugz. I want a refund. Update: I got an email from Flyhugz not long after posting this. They said it will be here in 5 business days they say. Funny how they only contact me after I posted this. They also supplied the link to track the shipping. I clicked on the link and it said due to lack of postage it's now undeliverable. Please contact the manufacturer for full refund. You have to be kidding me. No answer from Flyhugz when i informed them.

I received my travel pillow 12/31 and it has a faulty zipper. I've sent three emails, left two voicemails, and left two messages at the website requesting a replacement. It's 01/20 and thus far, I've been ghosted. Unacceptable. Update 02/18/25. Received a response from Flyhugz on 02/04/25 that someone would be getting back to me. So far, no response!
