This is a SCAM and FRAUD!!

I would give minus numbers if I could!! I ordered Flyhugz travel bundle for an upcoming trip ( Order number 200029). When the orderhad not been shipped, I contacted the company to stop shipment and refund my money. They stated it was already shipped. LIE #1! It was shipped a week after that. When I received it, the bag was ripped and there was an apology from Canada Post for the damaged shipment. I have sent 5 emails, called everyday, left 7 voicemails, DM them on Instagram, and tried the “contact us” section of their website. NO RESPONSE! Seriously! I just want to return my merchandise for a refund! And have done so by contacting customer support that promises a 24 hr turnaround. Lie # 2! Bottom line is this company is a scam! Don’t waste your money on this horrible company! Hoping they will respond here to prevent the negative impact on their business! Flyhugz do the right thing! Update: Flyhugz is trying to deny my return because the package was delivered within their window of delivery. They have no intention on honouring their own return policy even when I offered to pay for shipping. Fraudulent company with shady business practices. TOTAL SCAM!! STAY AWAY!! Lawyers involved now! Update#3 Jan 24/25 Flyhugz continues to declines returns and refunds and won’t uphold their own return policy stating they are a small company. They declined my return after 30 emails and DMs on Instagram because it didn’t meet their return criteria. My merchandise is in original packaging and never been used. We just don’t need it anymore because our travel plans changed. Not good enough for a return or refund. Now stuck with an overpriced piece of garbage that is poor quality and a company that ignores customers and provides ZERO customer service. They don’t stand behind their product and their money back guarantee is garbage! Lawyers are going to sort it out if they can find an address to contact them because the address o. Their website is a craft store in New York! Total scam! Fraudulent company!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I had ordered two of these neck pillows…

I had ordered two of these neck pillows over two and a half weeks ago. Have checked the shipping information and they are still in transit. Am getting the run around from all the e-mails that I have sent and am calling my credit card company to cancel the charge. Believe the company is a fraud and no one should order anything from them. FlyHugz, prove me wrong.

I have not received my order yet (which I ordered before Christmas) and no one from the company is responding to the numerous emails I have sent. In these emails I have inquired information about where my order is but the company has not responded to me. I am still waiting for any type of response ….. ORDER NUMBER: 191968

I ordered a pillow for myself for $59

I ordered a pillow for myself for $59. This included the pillow and a sleeping mask. For my daughter I ordered a $29 pillow. I did this on December 31, 2024. They have taken the money out of my account no communications Except for sending me an email letting me know my order number. I have emailed them twice and have yet to get an answer. I will be taking this up with my credit card. Needless to say, I am not a happy person. I should’ve looked on Amazon before I ordered from this company that I had never heard of. It looks like I am not the only one to have problems. I hope y’all have a good evening and a happy new year

Ordered on December 21. Latest update (Jan 2) is that it's arrived in the country. But haven't had any update since then. It's now Jan 10 and I've contacted customer service, left emails but no response. Would love to get a refund as I won't be needing it by the time it arrives.

Lost in transit

I ordered my FlyHugz early December and the last tracking update was Dec 15 saying it was in Vancouver. Nothing since. I have sent a couple of emails to which I have had no response. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I have no idea where it is and would love my money back.

Item never received, no response from customer service

I placed an order for three neck pillows and eye masks on December 14, through Shopify. I then added their "First Class Package" as a pop-up add-on to the order. The billing is on my credit card ($160.43), but I never received any tracking information or updates. I reached out through e-mail three times, and tried to call on their listed phone number but no one answered and there was no way to leave a VM. These were Xmas gifts and it was disappointing not to get them as we travel internationally every year. I would never order from this company again, and was really looking forward to them as great and useful gifts.
