Delivery problems

I ordered 2 flyhug pillows which was easy and straight forward via their website. The delivery company they use left the relatively small parcel outside my letter box in full view of passing public. A picture was sent to my email on delivery which i immediately replied to stating it was a ridiculous place to leave the parcel. On return home the parcel was missing. I initially contacted the delivery company to complain. They agreed with the problem promising to retrain their staff. They said to contact seller to fix issue. Flyhugs were not interested saying I had not paid for insurance and to contact delivery company. I only had a contract with flyhugs, not the delivery company and all flyhugs offered was a discount on a replacement. Despite numerous emails flyhugs are not interested in any rectification of the issue. Update - the issue was escalated to owner whom has replaced the lost ones.

Flyhugz - Awful customer service!!!

I had an awful time with their customer service. They rarely responded to my emails and never fully read my messages. I kept asking for a return because I no longer needed the item and they ghosted me… I called and left messages, but nothing. I requested my return in the 60 day window and they wouldn’t honor it. I am really disappointed.

Honestly, I don’t understand why people are upset. FlyHugz has been perfect for me, and I use it on every flight now.
